Biodiversity Garden Looking Good!

Date: 10 June 2012

Location: Green Point

Walkers: Michele & Helen

For other walks here see the Biodiversity Garden archive.

Michele and I popped down to the Green Point Park on a glorious sunny June afternoon. It had been a while since I was last there and it was looking wonderful. Neat and tidy. Green and lush. Plants thriving.

As usual we took a turn around the Wetlands Garden first.

And then moved onto the Biodiversity Garden itself.

Plenty in flower.

Mushrooms!

We also did a circuit around the rest of the park. It was great to see so many other people out enjoying it too. The children's play areas were packed. Others walked, cycled, walked dogs and picnicked on the grass.

PS. Sorry this blog has been so quiet. I have been away... hope to post some holiday pics soon. Not much other walking going on though... too wet, too cold, too busy, too lazy. This must change soon.

The park is looking stunning now that all the plants are established.
