I can make shortbread (it's dead easy) but these are store-bought cookies: Tickle Mouse's Pecan Nut Shortbread. Delicious, light and buttery - just as good, if not better, than mine. We nibbled them while sitting on rocks alongside the Panorama Path, looking down on Hout Bay.
