YUM! Crudités

Crudités are bite-sized raw vegetables, usually eaten with a dip. Here our selection includes carrots, sugar snap peas and cherry tomatoes. Keeping it healthy! (Heh, please ignore the cream cheese and crackers).

We ate this picnic on rocks off the Crassula Path in Silvermine.

Other veggies that work nicely as crudités: celery, bell peppers, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, courgette, mushrooms, radishes, mange tout and baby corn.
