YUM! Coronation Chicken

Coronation Chicken is a perfect salad for a picnic. It's easy to make!

• Poach chicken breasts, cool and slice up
  
• Mix with naartjie segments, toasted cashew nuts and fresh basil
  
• Toss in a lightly curried mayonnaise/yoghurt mixture
