YUM! Smoked Snoek Pate



Smoked snoek paté is a South African delicacy. We served it up on mini toasts as part of our picnic at Heaven Scent Nursery on our tour of Elgin Open Gardens. Delicious!

Personally I prefer liver pate, but that does look very nice.
